DAY 100: SPEEEEERITS!
One of the cutest things EVER was the afternoon that our little Miss Kiah called asparagus "speerits". She loved speeeeerits! Here she is with her mom, gathering some of them! So cute!

One of the most sad and unfair situations I have ever known in my whole life culminated in the death of Jeff Davidson. He was from Tennessee, but had made Bardstown his home.
Before he died, he was stripped of everything. Everything. EVERYTHING.
I am confident that history will show that Nelson County should be ashamed...VERY ASHAMED!
I would not begin to put up some little blurb here about this man--nothing I could say here would do him justice. He was a friend of Presidents. And the most famous entertainers ( if you put John Wayne in a category of "entertainer").
Jeff Davidson was something else.
He was a person that Bardstown could not deal with.
He is pictured here in his last days with one of his beloved dogs.
Jeff would not mind my posting this picture, I am sure.
Rest in peace, big guy. +
I am so sorry.
Here is Marion County's ARTIST CHICK at the counter of her gallery in downtown Lebanon. Sadly, her gallery here has closed, but I will never be surprised where she turns up next. She is a powerhouse of talent. There was lots of excitement in our community when we learned she had sold a couple of jewelry pieces to...Courtney Love...!
Our Artist Chick has made her mark at a young age and we'll be watching her, with interest, from now on!
