Who hasn't seen this little lady walking and nodding down the street with

the cart carrying her wares? This is Miss Jesteen Mattingly.

Miss Norma & Spotty Ann

I miss my neighbor, Miss Norma Allen. Here she is with her beloved dog,

Spotty Ann, at their front door. She now lives in a nursing home near her

brother in another town far away from Marion County. Spotty Ann is being

cared for by one of her home health workers.
