Dr. Ben Smith on the Golf Course: Photo by Dennis George

I've taken many pictures over the years, but this is by far the best.

  

You know how when you take a picture, you think, "Oh gosh, I think I might have a good one." 

I was so excited when I took this picture of Dr. Ben Smith because I was hopeful that I had the ball, club, water, etc. in the picture. 

He has asked his caddy if he could hit the ball out and the caddy replied, "I have only seen one person hit the ball out this burn, and it was Seve Ballesteros." 

Well, Ben got it out.....but didn't do well after that.

I'm looking for a picture of Gene Spragens from a golf trip. He was so much fun to travel with, and to die while playing golf with friends, something he enjoyed so much, was fitting.

Dennis, this is great. I hope Dr. Ben has this one framed in his family room! You caught it all - but I would have liked to have seen the expressions on the onlookers faces!
