This was the experiment I took of my nieces. I was helping them get a father's day present together for my brother and we started off pretty well...but then you see how we ended up!  The little had a problem with me telling her what to do. (wonder where she inherited that gene?!)

Blackberry's First Journal Entry....

hey guys....

this is just something i want to share with you all....i've really been STRUGGLING with purpose and what "i'm" suppose to do while here on earth....Lord knows i know i have alot to do with the camera but tonight on my way home i was coming up liberty st downtown and and saw the most interesting figure....i was on the phone with my cousin and was telling her about him and she said why dont you ask him....keep in mind that i'm only inches away from the expressway....i figured you're right and i swung around muhammed ali and went back to see if i could catch him....sure enough at the papa johns there's a line of bushes and you could see his hair walking the line of the bushes....i swung in papa johns lot as fast as i could told my cousin hold on grab the camera and ran along side the bushes until i was able to stop him....he looked at me kind of strang as if you say you talking to me?!.....i asked if i could take his picture for a couple of dollars and he said sure....after the picture i got to talking to him and found out his name was gene and he didnt want to give me his last name....he's from detroit and got here by way of a freight train....and he asked me if i knew how to catch one ...i have a cross i like wearing and happen to have it on....he asked "are you a christian?"...my reply was "yes sir and yourself?" he said he didnt believe in "religions" but he did believe in "relationships" and carried on to tell my why God sent his Son and asked me what the third sin was?  i asked "you mean of the 7 deadly?" he said yes.....i said well i'm not really sure about the order but i can tell you what they are.....he said "greed" and showed me the money and said that was why he did believe in "religions"......to make along story short.....i just wanted to share this with you as well as his picture and what i got out of it....."the first thing i thought when i saw him was, is this God asking...."do you recognize Me?" and talking to myself i was saying "is that You?!...well it doesnt matter something is telling me to stop him"  this is not for some pat on my back or to make me sound like some angel i know i'm not, but one of my purposes is to show people things they might otherwise miss thru the power of vision.....i hope that you all will seriously stop to smell the roses sometimes and listen from within....it can make the world of difference...i wasnt even suppose to take that way home b/c of construction...but i did....and then i met Gene Lave' and found out a little bit about him.  take care, damita
